One-Time Treatments. Extrol offers a number of one-time treatment solutions for the occasional unexpected pest problem. Solutions are designed to relieve and remedy simple problems and Extrol normally provides a 30 day guarantee for most of these treatments. Long-term or heavy level infestation problems may require a service program.

Service Programs. A service program is your complete year-round solution for spider, insect and rodent control. You may elect for a monthly, bimonthly or quarterly program. We typically suggest a quarterly service program for residential clients and monthly for commercial clientèle. The advantage of these programs is that you are on a proactive maintenance schedule with a continuous guarantee as long as you are on the plan. A minimum one year service agreement is required.
