Extrol offers both single treatmenets or managed service programs for lawn and weed treatments. Service program details are listed below. All residential applications include free crack and crevice vegetation spraying around driveway and sidewalks of turf treatment area. Crack and crevice spraying for commercial applications will be evaluated on a case by case situation.
Extrol has structured its lawn and weed control programs so that you may select a four, five or six step managed service program. Our complete program consists of six applications and lawn destroying insect protection. We start in early March and finish with a winterizer before freezing soil temperatures set in. With the five step program we eliminate round six. The four step program excludes rounds one and six.
Lawn and Weed Program Details
Round 1 - Early Pre-Emergent and Fertilizer
Round 2 - Pre-Emergent, Post-Emergent and Fertilizer (Pre-M inclusion may depend on soil temperatures)
Round 3 - Post-Emergent and Fertilizer
Optional - Lawn Destroying Insect Protection (Grubs, Billbugs, Webworm) normally applied between May15th and June 15th
Round 4 - Post-Emergent and Fertilizer
Round 5 - Post-Emergent and Fertilizer
Round 6 - Winterizer
Pricing Structure
Fertilization and Weed Control - $40 up to the first 5K sq. ft., $5 for each add-on 1K sq. ft.
Lawn Destroying Insect Protection - $65 up to the first 5K sq. ft., $10 for each additional 1K sq.ft., this is a one-time charge and comes with a season long guarantee whether you are on a lawn program or not.
Properties that are over 10K sq. ft. will be quoted on a case by case basis.
Commercial lawn and weed treatment programs are quoted on an individual basis.
